Who makes better managers, men or women?

According to this article, a leading group of researchers reveal that:

There are 11 million businesses majority owned by women!!!...but that is still only 47%.

Then they looked at the Biology of the brain:

1. Who has bigger brains? Men

2. Who has more nerve cells? Women

Bottom line: Size doesn't matter. More nerve cells mean women find it easier to multi-task. Winner: women

Then they looked at managerial "behaviors" like:

1. Who is better at empowering staff? Women
2. Who is more skilled at managing diversity? Women
3. Who are the faster decision makers? Men
4. Who delegate more readily? women

All in all...they evaluated 31 behaviors...and women received higher evaluations in 28 of them! Email us your thoughts!
